Greetings from Germany to all of the researchers and many thanks for permission to join the circle.
First of all, please apologize my "limited" English.

I am researching the BAUER-family, which partially lived in Sebastiansfeld or in the Sulz area.
Does anybody know about a certain FRANZ BAUER resp. KONRAD BAUER or do these names appear in any family-tree?

Who got information about Sebastiansfeld or Sulz in gerneral?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Greetings,
I don't have much information on your Bauer family - anything I do have would most likely be included in the GEDCOM that you can access through the genealogy database on the Black Sea German Research site.

I also don't have any information on the village of Sebastianfeld, but there is much information on the village of Sulz you can find in Rev. Conrad Keller's book, "The German Colonies in South Russia 1804-1904, Vol II." You can find the book through Amazon.com, NDSU at http://library.ndsu.edu/grhc/order/general/keller.htm, http://store.ahsgr.org/p-652-the-german ... e-1-2.aspx, and I believe you may be able to find the book at www.grhs.org.

Sincerely,
Rich Aspenleiter
