I looked at our long list of villages in the Black sea area at http://www.blackseagr.org/village_list.htm but I do not see anything similar to this name. I amassuming it must be in the Crimea area as it look like it was associated with the Neusatz parish. Gayla |

Someone has suggested it is Magaratsch south of Simferopol, Crimea in wine country. |

I googled it and it is in the wine county near Yalta in the Crimea. |
