Does anyone know where in Germany we may have come from? |

If this is the Sehn family found in the Bessarabia region, it looks like they may have come from the Elsass region located near the French/German border. This area was psobably French when they left for South Russia. |

yes my Grandfather came from Bessarabia to Canada in the 1920's and he did say probably from Alsace region. How did you find this info? Is there a way to see if there are any relatives still there? |

If you can find the village he is from in alsace their archives are online for free. I checked stump but no info there. |
