Only members can create topics or reply to topics on this forum. To become a member just register, it's free! Just click on the "Click here to send a request to Register" link at the top of this page.
If you DO see your suggestion listed in the active topics:
Click on the suggestion topic to view it and then click on "Reply" to add your comments or query to the discussion about that suggestion. You can click on the "Preview" button at any time to see a preview of what your post will look like. Then click on the "Submit" button to post your comments or questions to the topic.
If you DON'T see your suggestion listed in the active topics:
Click on the "NewTopic" button and fill in the Subject line with a short title for the suggestion. Then type in as much information as you can about the suggestion. The more information you put in the more likely it will be that the webmasters will be able to respond and possibly implement your suggestion. Please note that the webmasters of this website are all volunteers so please be patient when waiting for an answer. You can click on the "Preview" button at any time to see a preview of what your post will look like. Then click on the "Submit" button to post your new suggestion.
If the idea of creating a new topic seems too difficult or complicated please send a private message or an email to the forumadmin member with as much information as you know about your suggestion and we will create a new topic for you.
IT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA TO PLACE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN ANY POST ON THE BLACKSEAGR.ORG FORUMS! This discussion forum has a secure email facility where other members can send you private messages or an email. In both cases your identity/email will be hidden until you decide to reveal it.
